Chief Minister, Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, has congratulated Shri Vijay Kumar who has been nominated for “Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award”. Shri Vijay Kumar has won a silver medal in rapid fire shooting event in recently concluded London Olympics. He said that Shri Vijay Kumar had brought laurels not only to the State but also to the country by winning the medal.
