Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister has facilitated His Holiness, Dalai Lama on his 77th Birthday. He telephonically conveyed his greetings on his own behalf as well as people of the State to His Holiness.

Chief Minister wished many-many returns of the Day to Dalai Lama who was a source of inspiration to people from all walks of life.
