Dr. Mohan Lal Jharta today sworn in as the new Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur. Chief Secretary Sh. V.C.Pharka administered him the oath of office here today.
Dr. Mohan Lal Jharta belongs to Chopal tehsil of Shimla District. He was earlier appointed as Registrar of H.P. University for a period of about two years. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Jharta was rendering his services as Professor and Chairman/Head of Department, Department of Sociology and Social Works in H.P. University. He has been member of various academic bodies of the H.P. University and other neighboring University.

K.S Tomar congratulates Dr. Jharta
