Notification of Nursing Institutions essentiality certificate issued

                     

 

Himachal Pradesh Government has notified timeline for applying for Essentiality-cum-Feasibility Certificate/NOC of the State Government for opening of Nursing Institutions/Enhancement in existing seats/ starting of new Nursing Course(s) in private sector under preferred or Non-preferred locations in the State.

A spokesman of the State Government said here today that online submission of proposals/applications by the applicants to the Director, Medical Education (DME), H.P., Shimla-9 could be made from 1st May to 31st May every year. He said that scrutiny of the applications/proposals by the Director, Medical Education & Research could be done from 1st June to 30th June every year. He said that inspection of the institutes by the Sub Divisional level Inspection Committee and submission of the Inspection reports to the DME could be made from 1st June to 15 August every year.  He said that evaluation of the inspection reports by the Directorate level Evaluation Committee and further submission of the proposals to the Government could be made from 16th August to 15 September every year.

He further said that the applicants should submit duly filled in application form alongwith all requisite documents ( as may be prescribed by the DME) and requisite fee of Rs. 25,000 (for each course) as inspection fee in the shape of bank draft drawn in favour of the Director, Medical Education & Research to the DME. He said applications submitted before 1st May or after 31st May will not be considered.
