A delegation of Sikh Students call on CM

A delegation of Sikh Student Federation meets Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh for introducing Punjabi Language in Schools of the State at Shimla on 25.6.2016

    A deputation of Sikh Students Federation led by its Vice-President (India) Shri Bhupinder Singh Bajrur met Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh here today and urged for introducing Punjabi in all the schools bordering Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.

 They urged that since language and culture could not be confined within the states boundaries, an extra fillip to start the language in all schools would strengthen the fraternity bonds further.

Others who accompanied Shri Bajrur were Dr. Amrik Singh, Shri Bhupinder Singh, Baba Satpal Singh, Shri Bhupinder Singh from Nalagarh, Shri Sukhdev Singh and others.
