Newly elected executive of Shimla Press Club led by its President Shri Dhananjya Sharma called on Industries and Information & Public Relations Minister Shri Mukesh Agnihotri here today.
The delegation apprised the Minister regarding various initiatives planned by the Shimla Press Club in times to come. They also discussed with the Minister issues for the betterment of the journalistic fraternity.
Shri Agnihotri assured the delegation of all possible help from government side so that cordial relations could be maintained between government and media.
Additional Chief Secretary Shri V.C. Pharka was also present on the occasion.
President Shimla Press Club Shri Dhananjya Sharma presented a bouquet to the Minister. He also invited Shri Mukesh Agnihotri to Shimla Press Club. Shri Agnihotri is life member of Shimla Press Club.
Members of Governing Council Ms. Pratibha Kanwar, Shri Yadvinder, Shri Ujwal Sharma, Shri Devender Heta, Shri Raman Sharma, Shri Bhupender Singh and Shri Vikas Sharma, senior journalists Dr. Shashi Bhushan, Shri Sandeep Upadhayay, Shri Him Karan Manta and Shri Munish Sharma were also present on the occasion.
